Privacy summary

This page explains how Blue Hangar handles information at the current business stage. It is an operational summary, not a substitute for a signed client agreement or legal advice.

Information collected through the interest form

When someone submits the interest form, Blue Hangar may collect contact details, business information, service needs, current workflow notes, call-volume estimates, and any additional details the person chooses to provide.

Account information

For approved clients and invited users, Blue Hangar may store account details such as name, email address, role, business membership, account status, and workspace activity needed to operate the service.

Firebase authentication

Blue Hangar uses Firebase Authentication for sign-in. Firebase may process authentication identifiers, provider information, and security signals according to Google Firebase terms and privacy practices.

Business records

Client workspaces may contain customer records, leads, calls, orders, appointments, notes, statuses, and other business information configured for that client’s workflow.

Calls, transcripts, and recordings

Call summaries, transcripts, recordings, or metadata are retained only when a business system is configured to collect them. Clients are responsible for deciding what should be collected and for following applicable consent and disclosure laws.

Third-party services

Blue Hangar systems may use hosting providers, Firebase, phone or AI providers, email, SMS, calendar, payment, analytics, or integration services depending on the project. Those services may process information needed to provide the configured workflow.

Retention

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the business relationship, configured service, support, security, legal, or operational needs. Retention periods may be defined in a signed proposal or service agreement.

No sale of personal information

Blue Hangar does not sell personal information as a business model. Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide configured services, maintain systems, and support client workflows.

Contact process

Use the interest form to start a project conversation. A public contact email will be shown here when configured.
